Technical Support Engineer, Uzbekistan (Ref: UZTSE0925)
Arcon Uzbekistan (FE Arcon Technologies LLP) is a leading provider of industrial coding, marking, and packaging solutions. We are expanding our Technical Support Team and are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join us (full-time job), in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients regarding equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in industrial marking and labeling systems (e.g., CIJ, TTO, Laser, Labellers)
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and integration of systems within client production environments
- Maintain accurate service records and submit technical reports using internal ERP systems
- Support the After-Market team in service contract execution
- Collaborate with the installation and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions and stay current with evolving technologies in product identification
Requirements:
- Degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant technical support experience (preferred in industrial equipment or automation)
- Hands-on experience with coding, printing, or labeling systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude
- Fluent in Uzbek; good written and spoken English and Russian
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites across Uzbekistan
