Field Service Engineer - Industrial Automation, Budapest, Hungary (Ref: HUFSE0826)
Arcon Hungary Kft., a member of the Arcon Group of Companies, is a provider of industrial coding & marking, labelling and packaging automation solutions to manufacturers across multiple industries.
We are expanding our Service Team and are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to support our customers throughout Hungary.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial coding, labelling and automation equipment.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software-related issues.
- Supporting technologies including industrial inkjet printers, laser coders, labellers and other industrial equipment.
- Performing preventive maintenance and emergency service visits.
- Training customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Completing service reports and supporting maintenance contracts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in field service, industrial machinery or production equipment maintenance.
- Strong problem solving skills and a practical, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent Hungarian and good working English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Hungary.
