Arcon Slovakia s.r.o, a member of Arcon Group of Companies and based in Bratislava, Slovakia, is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join its growing Sales Team aiming to lead industrial B2B sales, support customers, and manage installation/service of our packaging automation equipment across Slovakia. This full-time position (Monday to Friday | 8-hour workday) offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company at the forefront of industrial technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end B2B sales management
  • Client meetings and technical presentations
  • Preparation and submission of commercial offers, technical consultation, surveys
  • Negotiation and contract execution
  • Business development in automation and marking technologies
  • On-site client visits and equipment service
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
  • Penetration to all production sectors where product marking or product identification is used, typically pharmaceutical, food, industrial production companies, OEM partners
  • Customer training and technical support (coding & marking)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably technical)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented with clear verbal delivery
  • Fluent Slovak; English level: Pre-Intermediate (A2) or higher
  • Preferred: technical education (electronics, automation)
  • Knowledge of electronics or IT hardware
  • Experience in industrial fieldwork with active client base from production sectors
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)
  • Willingness to travel for business
