Arcon Industries Georgia LLC, a member of Arcon Group of Companies and based in Tbilisi, Georgia, is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join its growing Sales Team aiming to lead industrial B2B sales activities, supporting customers, and coordinating installation and service of packaging automation equipment across Georgia and Armenia. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company operating at the forefront of industrial automation and marking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers in all production sectors where product marking or product identification is used, typically pharmaceutical, food, industrial production companies, OEM partners
- Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals
- Customer training and technical support (coding & marking)
- Maintain close collaboration with internal teams and headquarters
- Monitor competition, market trends, and technologies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Travel frequently across both countries
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B sales (technical sales is a plus)
- Engineering or technical background is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage sales independently in the field
- Fluent Georgian and English (level B1+) are mandatory; Armenian and / or Russian is a plus
- Driver’s license & willingness to travel extensively across Georgia & Armenia
